Who We Are
Europrawn is a breakthrough in European aquaculture — the first land-based prawn farm in Greece, and one of the most advanced in Europe. Located in the Natura 2000 protected area near Igoumenitsa, our facility is designed for low-impact, high-quality prawn production using closed-loop, zero-discharge systems.
Founded in 2020 after nearly two decades of R&D and permitting, Europrawn has become a fully licensed, ISO 22000-certified, and EU-approved facility with capacity to produce over 500 tons of prawns annually — with expansion potential beyond 700 tons/year.
